Description

A traineeship program (2025-2027) providing graduates with broad exposure to various supply chain support functions, particularly planning. Participants gain workplace experience, contribute to projects, and receive coaching from technical experts, including participation in an Action Learning Project tied to business deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Participants are introduced to improvement initiatives, may temporarily assume specific job roles, and contribute to challenging projects to enhance technical and professional growth within the supply chain

Qualifications

• Have a tertiary qualification (Degree/Diploma) in BSc Engineering (or related field)
• Must be a South African citizen
• Have achieved strong academic results
• Demonstrate computer literacy, leadership potential, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to interact effectively with diverse individuals
